Meet Brad Smith |
|
| Brad Smith has been involved in investment real estate since 1979. During his real estate career, Mr. Smith has been involved in the acquisition, sale and finance of real estate exceeding $60,000,000. He is currently a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is the President of Residential Commercial Investment Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage company located in Walnut Creek. He is also currently a managing general partner of eight limited partnerships with properties in two states and assets in excess of $18,000,000. He received his college education at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA where he majored in business. Brad is 44 years old and has been married to his wife Lynn for 20 years. They have 3 sons and 1 daughter, ages 15, 12, 11, and 4 all of whom were adopted at birth. Brad and Lynn home school their children and have resided in Concord/Contra Costa for over 30 years. |
